A little bit of nothing today. Eric and I are off from school/work this week. Poor Doug continues to be busy busy busy. THANK GOD! These days we are grateful for that considering all that is happening around us. We picked up walnuts Sunday and sold them Monday. The truck was full. We got a whopping $17.68. Oh well, they need to be picked up to mow, might as well get some $ from them.

We saw "Eagle Eye" with a friend Monday afternoon. It was PG-13. No sex, some cussing and lots of action. It's one of those with soooo much going on you need to see it again just to catch what you missed the first time. We all liked it.

Yesterday we went shoe shopping for me. (My work shoes are literally falling apart.) And ended up discovering Eric has already grown out of his shoes we bought in July. But the "plus" side to that? Now his black shoes fit me! So it's a win win for both of us. Now his hands and feet are bigger than mine and I discovered yesterday he's almost looking me eye to eye. Yikes!

Today is chiropractor and hopefully we can find the percussion book his instructor told us to get. Yep, now he's playing guitar, viola and just started percussion. And yes, he drums, strums, or does that head banging thing all the time! What a great kid.

I would again like to ask for prayers for little Coleman Scott from the Ft Dodge, Iowa area. He and his family are in NY at Sloan Kettering for treatment of relapsed Melldoblastoma - a brain tumor. He's been through sooo much, chemo, radiation, relapse, more chemo, stem cell transplant, more chemo, relapse again and now he's in for a clinical trial program and the cancer continues to spread. He's 4. He is 4 years old. 4 years old. I know, you get it, he's 4. Cancer sucks. Go to carepages.com and his cp name is colemanscott. It's amazing how widespread his prayers and story reach.
